Letting Go - A Spiritual Healing Journey
Are you obsessing about something which have occurred long ago? We all have baggage we carry around everywhere we go. "Oh, that so-and-so! How could he treat me like that? I was so offended!" Sound familiar? Perhaps you are obsessing about something you did and are unable to Let Go, Forgive, and Forget. The emotional pain, which often results, can take many forms; shame, anger, rejection, resentment, or depression.
Past events can be filled with heavy energy and may have power over you. True happiness and Unconditional Love are not possible while these emotions are in play. In this spirit journey we will take our power back so that we may fully enjoy the present moment. Life can be beautiful - full of love and happiness.

Ceremonial Cacao* will be offered with reverence to the spirits who provided the impetus and framework in a vision. 'I' will step aside to let the spirits work through me so that only their light and pure healing intention shine through. This is sure to be a most amazing spiritual healing journey.
We will drink Ceremonial Cacao and participate in Breathwork and a Spiritual journey, and Liberated Movement. By creating this framework of Plant Spirit Medicine and ceremony we give ourselves permission to Let Go, Forgive, and move on with our lives to find unconditional love and true happiness. This process can help us make the transition to unknown worlds where we can connect with our helping spirits and Let Go.
Liberated Movement
Following our Spiritual Journey we will practice Liberated Movement (dance) to some awesome music and lights. In this way we can increase our vibrations to create powerful healing energy within.
