In this ceremony we will be adding a new spiritual space to our journey. We will enter non-ordinary reality to create our own personal Altar room. This is a space to which you can journey any time to call in the life we want to live in and work directly with spirit to co-create personal protection, direction for our spiritual growth, and the manifestation of our desired future.
OUR GOAL -
We will journey into non-ordinary reality to connect with your helper spirits and share your intention with teacher spirit.

THE MEDICINE -
Although the use of cannabis is entirely optional, time will be allotted for you to smoke their medicine. If you chose to take the sacred plant orally then I recommend that you do so approximately 30 minutes before we begin.
THE ALTAR AND YOUR PERSONAL CEREMONIAL SPACE -
Find a quiet location in your home where you will not be interrupted for the duration of the event and prepare this space as would be appropriate for a spiritual ceremony -
o create an altar using a cloth
o add some sacred objects like a candle, incense, rattle, etc.
o prepare your personal space for comfort (sitting and lying down)
o Turn off notifications from your device(s)
THE ALTAR AND YOUR PERSONAL CEREMONIAL SPACE -
Find a quiet location in your home where you will not be interrupted for the duration of the event and prepare this space as would be appropriate for a spiritual ceremony -
o create an alter using a cloth

FLOW OF THE CEREMONY -
Please, be prepared to limit your absence from the ceremony. It is very important that you stay for the duration of the event as this will provide you with the most benefit.
After (virtual) smudging, and prayers to teachers and spirits, there will be time for a quick introduction from everyone. We will smoke the medicine and the sacred pipe ceremony will be offered. After some breathing, meditation, and somatic exercise you will be guided on your first shamanic journey.
Icaros from the Amazon, mantras from the East, and First Nations spiritual drumming and chanting will be offered. In addition, various acoustic instruments will be used to create a sound bath.
